Atlanta · Roofing & renovation

Helping you create your
dream home.

Sean Bony is a contractor. Nevada Henderson worked catastrophe insurance claims. They met on a renovation project, realised a storm-hit homeowner needs both of them, and started Peach Renovations in 2022 — roofs, decks, kitchens and baths, and the claim that pays for them.

What we do

Not just roofers.

There is no price list here. Every job gets looked at first, then quoted.

After the storm

What actually happens next.

Most people find the builder and the insurance fight separately. Here they are the same phone call.

01

We come and look

A free inspection, at your house, on your roof. You get told what is actually wrong and whether it is a repair or a replacement — before anyone talks about money.

02

Nevada takes the claim

Nevada Henderson worked catastrophe claims before this company existed. Customers write that he got their claim approved and the payment released — one calls it “Class A world class service.”

03

We build it back

Roof, deck, siding, floors, kitchen, bath. The company that handled the claim does the work. One customer had us take a house “to the bones” and put back floors, walls, kitchen, bathrooms and windows.

The finished thing

A roof nobody will ever look at this closely again — which is exactly why it gets done properly the first time.

A new deck with black metal railings and composite stairs beside a brick home, with a screened porch above.
01

Exterior updates

Composite treads, steel railings, and a run of stairs that had to follow the fall of a wooded Atlanta lot rather than a drawing. Decks, siding and pavers are the same crew as the roof.

A bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, a brass floor-mounted filler, and black-framed windows looking into trees.
02

Kitchens & baths

A soaking tub, a brass floor filler, marble, and two black-framed windows pointed at the trees. Google’s own review topics put remodeling ahead of every roofing term we are usually filed under.

In their words
“Nevada and Shawn are great. These guys give fair prices, replaced our roof (covered by insurance).”

Who this is

Two halves of the same job.

Sean Bony is the contractor. He came to Atlanta from Israel and has spent his working life building. Nevada Henderson is the insurance half — he came from North Carolina, where he worked catastrophe claims: reading policies, walking damage, arguing with adjusters.

They met on a renovation project and worked out something that is obvious in hindsight. A homeowner standing in a wrecked house needs both of those people, and normally has to go and find them separately — the builder who cannot argue the claim, and the adjuster who cannot rebuild the kitchen.

Peach Renovations has been a Georgia LLC since January 2022. It is still the two of them, and the reviews still name them personally, which is either a small company’s weakness or the entire point.
